Women, help me understand why this is inspirational
TC: 285K before crash TC now: 230K after crash 🤣🤣🤣 And executives claim that employee work for culture not for money, how pity it is😁
You don’t lose any if you don’t sell any
You lose all if stock continue to drop and won't go up
When has that ever happened. Unless the company goes completely bankrupt and non-functional
Same 😭
It’s not about stock going up or not, it is about how if same SWE joins today, they effectively get 3x more stock than the OP if the stock ever goes back up to ATH price.
I mean yes because they’re joining a failing company. OP joined when it was at its best. High risk high reward
@classbox sorry I missed logic in your answer. They're not joining for a lesser pay. They get the same pay as the person who joined at ATH got at joining. So, the person who is joining now gets more rewards in anyway. And everyone joins thinking it will go up. More over, stock price alone will not define company failing.
Lol I sell every time I vest
That should be every company. It's like any other stock, but with trading window restrictions. Zero advantage. Keep what you would as if you didn't work there and sell the rest. No point holding onto any company's vested stock
