Who pays highest in LA area? (SWE)
In terms of LA big-spenders: Netflix, Google, and Snap come to mind. Are there any other companies in the same league? I'm especially interested in higher base comp, as opposed to stock-heavy. TC: 170k . 9 yoe. I'd probably be an L4/L5 in Google terms.

Snapchat by far. Some folks here were reporting 600k+ TCs from Snapchat, with less than 10 YOE. Crazy stuff yo.

GOAT only pays 170k for 9 yoe? LA has lots of solid growth phase companies. Check out builtinla, scope out who just got a massive round of funding. If I had to guess Beyond Limits and NEXT Trucking probably pay well but NEXT will face heavy competition from Uber and self driving trucks.
