Omg, haven’t seen such a pathetic website in my life ever. I cannot believe this site is live in production. I am unable to pay the visa fee for my parents the website is so broken and nothing works! No one answers the phone, no one responds to emails . Calling uscis is useless cos they mentioned it’s not their problem. Wow .. God save everyone who are trying to schedule
