How is the culture there? Chevron is the richest oil company in the world with infinity resources. I heard that you get best benefits like you keep your salary after retirment till you die, huge bonuses, salary increase after every 6 month, best healthcare insurance, etc. Anyone heard about this company? How can one get into that
Chevron work culture is great, if you get an nice offer. Don’t miss it
hey, if its contractor role. can i convert into full time later on? or better pass the opportuinity
depends on the contracting company you are with, if it’s Staffing company you have hight chances. Note: Chevron will not sponsor visas
Dude you can talk all about a company but tell us how they pay and the answer is gonna be easy
so it doesn't matter for what company you work as long as they pay good?
Lol so 🥜 I guess
Sign your soul away to the burning fumes of the earth…
amazon, lets face it. For 300k a year 99% of people would sing up for it
I was a Chem eng major and chevron is a top dog employer for chem eng grads. Some of the best students in my class went there. Some are still there with a 20 plus year career doing some program management stuff that I honestly have no idea of, but one thing is certain - unless you are a senior exec In corporate expect peanuts 🥜 in pay. You probably work 4 hours a day max but if you are really passionate about it, sure.
@Twillo, what about for analytics roles? I got masters in chemical eng, but want to switch for data analyst
That I don’t know. Most were in either refinery or processing roles
What's this "get your salary for life after leaving"" stuff?
Da fuk...
What is wrong? I got masters with petroleum engineering, is that good idea for me to go there?
