Google uses Google Docs internally, including to write specs. How come there is no built it support for code blocks (like in quip). Is there some Google-internal solution that's not available outside? How are you guys managing this?

Yeah, using a single cell table and copy pasting from IDE seems to help. But that's just so manual ;(
Do it once then copy and paste. Alternatively, push your sample code to a branch and put a link in your doc to Phab/GitHub.

well i can’t speak for google but u have to agree to some permissions to use extensions, so id think the user is himself liable at that point
