Why Microsoft recruiters never contact me?

Just curious. Google and Facebook recruiters contact me every 1-1.5 years, despite me failing their interviews every time. Amazon recruiters ping me regularly. Even Netflix recruiters contacted me a couple of times. But not MS! I feel hurt. What if MS is my dream company?

Please let us know some information. How many different companies have you worked so far in how many years? What was your avg switch frequency? What was your max stint at a company? Your location? Previous companies you worked with? In short, mention all companies so far in chronological order.. (Name of company, years worked)

Doesn't matter, Microsoft never calls, I don't know how people get there, maybe it just recruits locally.

@Ktz329: Its not the case.

I noticed that Microsoft's recruiting seems to work differently than other companies. I have to give credits to both Facebook and Google recruiters or how these two company incentivize their recruiting team. Basically all the software engineers (a bit exaggeration here) try to interview with them so they have a huge pool of candidates to process but they still both relentlessly follow up and make sure candidates have a positive interview experience.
