I asked my manager who is TT / Exceeds Expectation in our team and he replied I am not allowed to know and declined. I am the Senior most person in the team in terms of tenure and have the most experience with the service we own. Everyone in my team reaches out to me for help. I have to fix their code and leave a ton of comments in their CRs. I have also done more system design for our team than any of my colleagues. I am HV1 and meets expectation, if I don't exceed expectation then at least i should know who does so i can maybe see how is that person doing things differently than me, maybe i can learn a thing or two from them, or get mentored. fyi, I was promoted from L4 to L5 in Q3 2021. Your performance is higher in your eyes. Reality is it doesn’t matter how good you think you are. You are the rating your manager gives you. It’s always been like that. Grow up. Looking at someone else’s ratings wont fix the issue. Either work on the issues he’s addressed or leave the team / company. That’s reality

prolly just vanilla privacy reason like he can’t tell u peers’ salaries. the ratings are org-wide too I think so doesn’t mean ur teammate got better ratings than u isn’t ur rating fixed first year after promo or something. U woulda had like 3-4 mo from promo to evaluation right
Lmao promoted to L5 in Q3 2021 and thinks you deserve to know others ratings. You’re lucky to even get HV3 although your TC indicates otherwise. You’re easily replaceable don’t let the door hit you on the way out.

I think there’s one level of HV3 that’s meets. There’s multiple quantitative scores for same OV buckets. I’ll have to look at the chart again tomorrow. Same way where there’s an HV1 score that also correlates to Needs Improvement.

If you were promoted 6 months before Q1 comp that’s why you weren’t TT most likely. You’re on the track to get it this year I assume.

Y don’t you just leave If your so good then you can easily make 300-400k somewhere else. Maybe your not as good as you think. Asking for other people’s ratings and thinking you are clearly the best is some really sociopathic / amazonhole behavior.
