Why are Akuna capital reviews so bad?
I have an offer from them but by looking at the glassdoor reviews I am kind of terrified. I checked reviews of other hedge funds such as Citadel, Two Sigma, HRT etc and they are all have ratings above 4.3 but Akuna has a rating of 3.2. Everyone on glassdoor is saying that all the talented folks have left the firm, and that there were negligible profits in 2020, when the whole trading industry soared to the record high. Is this true? Should I join them?

If Citadel has the same reviews as HRT and Two Sigma, likely they arenβt right and written by recruiters

Yea seems like all these companies have reviews in the range 4.3 to 4.6
When I was a student, they sent emails for an intern position so many times, and then ghosted me. This happened for multiple friends and classmates. We all thought itβs a fake company π€£. No body ever landed an interview successfully.
