There's a very narrow growth path for seniors. Think about all the staff engineers we have hired as seniors and now we couldn't find a business need to promote them. If you are not a senior, it's great. Easier path for promotion than most companies.

Are they hiring early talent now? Their approach used to include a large % of managing out instead of investing to train Eng on new tech. Did that change too?
