I experimented and bought Bitcoin at the same time with both Robinhood and Coinbase. I got a better price with RH than CB and no dumb high fee. I dollar-cost average my investments, and the fees on CB are so high so it doesn't even make any sense to use it unless I want to get shitcoins or other altcoins. Why even use CB when there's cheaper and better alternatives out there? #crypto
Use Coinbase Pro. Fees are much lower
No DCA option though. Swan Bitcoin has way lower fees for DCA. https://help.swanbitcoin.com/hc/en-us/articles/360045394134-What-are-Swan-Bitcoin-s-fees-
Not your keys not your coins. Use cex.io or other cheaper exchanges to get real BTC that you can store in a secure offline wallet.
How do you deal with the risk of losing offline wallet, either by electronics dying after some time or fire etc? I would be forever petrified
They are very reliable. Store in bank vault or have 2 in separate location.

I don’t think you actually own btc when bought in RH? Since you can’t send or use it, I could be wrong tho
