As the question says. Both are diversified businesses, was it just that Amazon stock was very bloated last year?
All the so called stable stocks ( Amazon, Apple, Microsoft, Google ) were little bloated as a result of FED policy. Now they are coming back to what their mean P/E should be. A stock falls/corrects accordingly. So calculate mean P/E of both google and Amazon and figure out if they bottomed or not.
Google doesn’t have a bunch of clowns burning billions of $$ to build fulfillment center empire when e-commerce demand is decreasing
E commerce demand is decreasing ? Since where ?
Check out amazon financial statements
It’s all about PE ratio. Amazon was way overvalued (and still is). And Amazon is filled with mediocre people who pat themselves on the back for drinking the leadership principles koolaid. Google at least optimizes for delivering user value… amazon optimizes for just delivering (figuratively and literally)
it just coming back to its pre pandemic value like any other wfh stocks , nothing else. rivian loss is a added bonus 🤣
dk. bought 200k of amazon today though. I dont see them losing long term
you should have waited for 1800
I'm already up $2000 though
