I’m a full time software engineer at AWS. I want to buy a tesla. Apparently, you get Tesla FSD ($15,000 value) even as an hourly employee. Even if you quit Tesla, FSD stays on car. So, in theory I could sign up as an hourly worker for Tesla , buy a Tesla, and quit 2 weeks later. The question: Am I giving Amazon an easy reason to fire me? Even if i tell my manager it’s a non-tech hourly role? TC : 322 #amazon #aws #tesla
Don’t tell anyone just do it
This is genius I would do it
Youll be fine. But expect to work there until 2030 when FSD is finally working properly
Fuck it
It probably isn’t that simple. There’s probably hidden clauses
You exemplified the LD of frugality and AWS will keep you as long as you wish.
Why bother? FSD doesn’t work
If someone outs you to Amazon, you will be fired for sure. If you do it, just make sure not to tell anyone you work with, but very very risky
Just do it
What did i just read
lmao
summary: he wants tesla
