Will Cisco asks to pay back joining bonus

Hello Team Blind I joined cisco India on Nov-2020 and planning to leave now if I get any good offer. Will they ask to pay back the joining bonus if I plan to leave before one year ?? Also, if there are any openings in networking companies, can you please help referring me?? TC - 24 LPA YOE - 6

You have to return the joining bonus but it will be pro-rated. If you leave in 10th month and JB was 2.4lacs, you need to return 40k
