Will DocuSign get acquired?
Would Adobe buy DocuSign? It will help it grow sign business and kill its biggest competitor in the space? How about Microsoft? It has enough money to do it but is that the right move? Salesforce? Has been closing large deals in the last couple years but is DocuSign what it needs to grow? #docusign
Docusign is a great business which just had a pandemic high. Zero chance that adobe or anyone buys it in short term. Longer term who knows.

No, Adobe won’t buy DocuSign. We already have large Adobe Sign team. Buying DocuSign is useless to our portfolio of products
Eliminates a big competitor. Would be bad for Adobe if MSFT or something bought them.
MSFT and Adobe have very large esignature partnership in place. DOCU will be useless for MSFT as well. Buying a big competitor at low price tag makes sense but not with current DOCU market cap

It's an overpriced business. No one will buy it.
It would make sense for CRM companies to acquire them - Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow,etc. or an HR/IT company like Rippling (they prob don’t have the cash but you get the idea)
In my mind one of the best options for a buyout is Google. Integration into Google docs seems pretty natural to me.

Google can build its own team. Instead of spending billions on Docusign.
why will adobe buy they already have adobe sign. Salesforce given recent high ticket purchases not sure if they can finance such huge acquisition. MSFT - no idea
