Will I be backlisted if I accept and then back out later?
I got an offer for SWE intern role at Walmart and have 5 days left to accept it. I am getting referrals, OAs and interview calls from other better companies. What happens if I accept the offer right now and reject it later? Will face any consequences on my future employment prospects with any company? OP, don’t worry about “legal” reasons stated above, that’s complete BS. Reneging at Walmart at worst would get you blacklisted from there.
