I interned at cisco in 3rd year of my college. My college has policy that we can't sit for further companies once we get the internship. Cisco has very low hiring bar and it's really sinking. Now I am placed in company having better hiring bar, pay and work. I fear if in future while switching will cisco in my resume harm me ? I have very good problem solving skill but didn't got shortlisted for Google interview and people with bad cgpa, solved less problem in coding round got the interview. I fear if they reject me based on Cisco in my resume. I am good in dsa problem solving but I should get interview at first place for that. #software #engineering #swe
😂
I think HR/HM would be laughing like that after seeing Cisco in my resume
From my experience: after accumulating some YOE your interview performance only matters neither your company brand name nor your undergrad college name matters
😂😂
Remove from the resume.
That would be more bad since it would say I didn't got any internship in 3rd year

Do people underestimate E6 role at meta?
Why will a simple intership decide your fate, stop overthinking dude
In India people judge on everything. So I think recruiters would be. One of my senior asked me "why you got into Cisco with that much good problem solving skill" . Also it's not about deciding fate, i am worried if it would make me struggle more.
