Construction has started for this building in Austin and is most likely going to be fully leased by a large tech company. Rumor and speculation say it will be Google. IMO this is the most prettiest I've seen, but won't be sure until it's complete. What do you think? TC 🌲5️⃣0️⃣

The 35-story, 723,000-square-foot high-rise was designed by Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects, a firm renowned for its work on some of the world's tallest buildings. Plans call for a sail-like design, which is necessitated by setbacks because of the proximity to Lady Bird Lake and Shoal Creek, according to a marketing brochure obtained by Austin Business Journal. Rumors have been circling that Google Inc.(Nasdaq: GOOG) may lease the entire building, which is being called Block 185 for now; Aquila Commercial mentioned the possibility in a recent blog post. And on Thursday, a presenter at the Home Builders Association's Annual Housing Forecast alluded to a forthcoming deal.
