I got two job offers, one is FB M1 in Seattle, the other one is a mid-size company M2 remote job. Even though FB is higher by 200k, I felt it’s so difficult to choose. One side, I can live a decent life with 360k anywhere else. The other side, 200k (only 125k post-tax) difference is substantial enough to allow me retire earlier. Another concern, People can interview with Facebook every year, but high paying remote job is very rare.
Take and live the life
No. Also, how do you work efficiently in a remote managerial role?
Even in office, many meetings are video conference anyway.
What’s to prevent you from taking both?
lol
Exactly. Find another remote
Where to find a remote job?
560 is very good for Seattle. I'd go for that
Hahahahaha is this even a real question
It’s.
Cash. In 4 years you'll be more than 1 million up after refreshers.
Cash is King. Take the FB job
What management are you in?
Dude.... no brainer... 560 in seattle without income tax...
But 360k could be in a dirt cheap place. It's remote
