Nice. Glad to see moonlighters let go.
Moonlighting is ok as long as it is not for a competitor
Uber and Lyft drivers?
Those are contractors, no? Anyway I was referring to what this company implied by only firing moonlighters working for competitors
TIL what moonlighting is
They will get better jobs. Wipro - Pay is below average.
Moonlighting only way to get multiple H1b applications. Do it guys
How does it work
I am thinking these guys do a deal with consultancies to perform proxy interviews and they apply for multiple H1b . They are very smart in gaming system
How did they catch them? Relying on self-reporting?
One Medical! :)
Wipro obsessed with enforcing morality, integrity and other stupid HOA/Housing-Committee unkill values instead of laying off by bottom line.
Those who say “glad they caught moonlighters” are fking weird. Corporations don’t give a fk about you lmao. Make your bread.
What if someone was moonlighting but still was a top performer? Seems silly to get rid of a top performer for such a silly reason. As I understand it, they are a consultancy, so it's not like there are trade secrets to be leaked to competitors.
No, clients like apple are very strict. They want onsite candidate and full availability
