FAST Enterprises Implementation Consultant

Im currently an SDET/Software Tester. But id like to move to a developer role. I saw that FAST Enterprises has openings for Implementation Consultant. But theres not much details in their website nor much info when i google it. https://www.fastenterprises.com/careers/positions/ does anyone have input on what they do? And do they have scalable skills to become a dev or SWE? #fastenterprises #implementation #consultant #engineer #interview

Implementation Consultant jobs are not super technical. Closest relative would probably be like a business analyst/project person. (I’ve held an implementation consultant title before)

Interesting, would you say it’s a good stepping stone for qa to dev?

No, I’d say qa is closer to dev

I admit, if I go for the money, this is better than Cognizant

They’re a sham, avoid them at all costs. Reddit can explain further. You’re welcome!

Id go further, read Glassdoor. They admit their skills are meant to keep you in. Which I can have empathy. But if they have layoffs, you’re screwed

That’s true, they keep everyone happy
