Merrill Lynch app and websites always down?

Robinhood always gets flack for servers being down, but I just switched to Merrill Lynch to take advantage of BoA relationship discounts. In the three weeks I’ve had this account, their servers have been down 2-3 times already! It’s been down all morning. I cut Robinhood some slack since they’re arguably a “scrappy startup,” but ML’s got no excuse. What gives?!
