…idk why this was hidden, but to answer your original question: the most common needs are counselling/therapy for young people and their parents at all ages, hormone blockers when they reach puberty and hormones for older teenagers (16+ in the UK).

Hormone blockers permanently damage children via bone damage. Multiple studies back this up. It's literally child abuse and anyone who supports this brutal treatment is either evil or ignorant of the risks.
