What do you do when it is not your usual day: you are vulnerable/sentimental/PMS/sad and have to deal with an asshole at work in meetings. I mean you are about to cry but have to control yourself. What do you usually do? I suffer from severe PMS and it impacts my performance at work

Have you tried meditation and mindfulness training? It can’t fix it but can help you stay in touch with potential triggers and avoid them.
WFH. On really bad days, I even call in sick.
I go to my Eff You place. Easier to get through the meeting pissed so I don't cry.
