Depends on the team, depends on what you have worked on.
WLB and job security are great. Compensation is a struggle. Culture was better before Covid but should improve once hybrid starts sometime in 2022. Well, actually let me say that culture is good, but it’s just difficult to get the vibe when everybody is WFH. There is a lot of cool stuff to work on if you are into the tech space of observability, data science, and such.
Competition is probably 6-700% better
Avoid .. poor leadership (well non existent). Competition is 10x better than us right now
AppD is today what CA Wily was 5 years ago. Tons of customers based on being baked into Cisco EA’s with a deficient product that’s only falling further behind. Cisco is just farming the existing customer base.
