Just received my annual bonus, and only got 50% on individual performance. In our regular 1 on 1s, Manager has moderately given feedback on asking more questions before but sugarcoated with I have been doing well. Manager says the reason for this performance number is 75% because I am a new hire (joined last year). They said to be 100% for two years means to be promoted to next level and manager did not give the actual number, it was translated that way. The rating they wrote was has high potential. I have asked them to speak honestly if I should be alarmed of the performance since it does not look like a good number, manager said no it’s not rare for new hires. Still I’m feeling unsure. Should I be concerned? #workday #bonus

Only 30%?! Doesn’t that mean you’re a low performer? Did you ask your manager for feedback and why you’re only getting 30%?
Do only top performers get 100%? What’s a usual percentage for average performance?
How was your stock bonus ? How many quarters were you an employee at workday for the last fiscal year ?
Refresher RSU is 100% manager said, I started late in last May. So maybe just 1 or 2 months short of a year
What 100% means for refresher. I thought we get between 40-60% only
New performance structure requires that you differentiate between team members - no more peanut butter spreading. Managers will try and do their best but new hires, recent promos and mid year promos will get the short end of the stick
What’s the bonus % for a P2 or P3 engineer?
You might also be miscalculating your proration based on when you started. You would have only been here 8 of 12 months in the relevant time period. (I also started late May)
How much did you get ? Refreshers and Bonus ?
My individual performance factor was 100%, but then the actual payout amount much less because it was prorated for working 8/12 months in the period. Refreshers were 38k. My manager told me I am a high performer who has exceeded expectations
