Hi y’all! I have an upcoming PM intern interview coming up for Workday, and was wondering if anybody had any insight. Tbh I’m not sure if it’s a Product Manager or Program Manager role since the hyperlink text on the Workday app says Product Manager but when you click the actual hyperlink it redirects to a Program Manger. The interview scheduler also said I was interviewing for Program Manager (which I don’t mind, i was a TPM intern before). Any insight would be useful. Thanks! Big difference between Program and Product manager, as a program you will absolutely do nothing technical and more operations and you literally cannot take decisions but just facilitate, if you want to aim for Chief of staff kinda roles then it's a good start
Ahhh I see. Kinda like the role I previously had, and it was ok… One question I do have it if interviews at Workday team-dependent or do they usually follow a structure, if you know. Thanks!
Why not trust the scheduler or raise your concern with him/her. It is best if you know the position it is so you can prepare well. All the best.
Thanks! I’m actually expecting to hear back from them to fully confirm my interview spot from the team, and they said they would provide some more info when they get back to me. Though I just wanted to see what the full loop would be like and how best to prepare by seeing what type of questions they ask for this level. But agreed and thanks again
