How much raise is given in base and RSUs when software engineers are promoted at Workday vs SAP? Say, from P3 to P4 level or P4 to P5 level or T2 to T3 and so on

Depends on current tc, if you are below the peers they will bring you Upto your peers. If you are already overpaid for your position then not so much. Regardless you will be at market rate

Greatly depends on your current compensation (atleast for base). They will try to put you to 75 percentile of the next level. For RSU it varies, not too familiar with SAP levels.
