Anyone know what a typical salary raise is for Workday software engineers? Both for promotions and non-promotions?
When does Workday give employees annual raise? Is it in April? Do we talk about this with manager at the CPCI in Jan?
Highly dependent on org, role, level, and performance. Poor performers might see 2% and $20k RSUs. High performers can see 10-15% and $150-300k RSU. A very typical refresh is somewhere around 7% and $100k RSUs.
I think these refreshers are for a P5 level position. P4 and under don't really see as much
