Workday if you are listening - you have made the job application process absolutely tiring and unnecessary long and complicated. You should change with time.

Israeli precision-guided munition likely killed group of children playing foosball in Gaza, weapons experts say
I always thought that companies (customers to workday) demanded workday for the process to be that way. Is that not the case?
I think the biggest gripe is filling the same form 10000 times, even when you apply from LinkedIn
Someone needs to make a "Workday friendly" resume template and share it. Workday's absolutely awful resume parsing algorithm is the worst thing about it.
I sorta use workday as a way to figure out if my resume will pass the ATS/or w/e software decides if your resume even gets read by a human edit: there is probably a more efficient way to check for this, but I figure if my resume makes it through workday mostly intact then even my resume will get past the worst resume screening software
Absolutely the worst client. In fact the hiring process is broken where you re made to fill out the same things in your resume on the job app again. He folks ghost you for weeks only to come back and tell you the position has pivoted 8-9 rounds of interviews and yet we have companies who have have been failing not sure if the individuals don't trust themselves to make decisions that they have to bring in whole army of people to interview one person Oh case studies of course...someone going in with 10 years of work experience is asked to do a non sensical case study Again HR sends you a ready made email without any reasons why you didn't move forward. And HR wonders why people don't like em.
Same here. I have not applied to so many companies because of workday
Don't apply plz
Had an interview with workday for a SR position once. They asked me to separate a string in Python by commas, pasted the code into the Zoom chat and was wtf'd out when that was literally the entire technical screen to proceed to the behavioral interview.
Lol wow.
I totally agree. I am starting to consider changing my gender to avoid having to scroll through that drop down for the 1000th time.
Such things should already be saved in their system.
and applications I fill through workday, I never hear back.
I hate workday and icims with their long shitty forms
The minute I see workday, I exit the application

Unfortunately I have to apply due to this poor market
