Workday is the WORST!
Workday platform is the worst piece of software ever created. I can't believe companies still use this crap. Seriously what is it with Workday. Exactly the same as it was 6 years ago. Do you guys ever get an update? Just want to vent against Workday.
I read somewhere that some of this shit is on purpose to basically make it harder to apply so the company gets less applicants lol. But I'm not the biggest work day fan (different realm then what most people used). It feels significantly less polished then other stuff I've used, some that though likely not their fault lol

Sure, but that doesn't really make sense....if a quality candidate actually wanted to apply they would, work day isn't that hard to use.

Exactly. UKG is like if Workday took a steaming dump and called it a software company. Soooo bad.

The product is shit if the usability is bad enough that people can't implement it properly. When people that use the end user interface think it's shit, and that's the vast majority of users, then it's shit.
