I am applying to jobs and Workday is ridiculous. Why do I need to make a Workday account for every company I apply to? Workday should have one account for myself and instead I made like 10 accounts over the past two days to apply to 10 companies. Insane!
Agreed. So annoying.
If I’m interested in a job and it’s a workday application I close the browser and keep looking. Ain’t nobody got time for that.
I do the same. Here is the annoying process. Upload resume—> Provide entire work history that is on the resume you just uploaded—-> closes browser—-> throws sandwhich at wall.
They realized that they dont need to pay a subscription fee for a form. As it is, nobody looks at any of the filled information.
+1. I stop the application process as soon as I see Workday.
💯
I stopped applying to companies that use workday 😀😀. This is the reason, tired of creating accounts.
Every customer wants to have their own setup. They could at least have other options—google/facebook/Linkedin
Data privacy. The data belongs to the job poster. They don’t share job posters data with others. It’s actually a feature, just annoying for applicants.
Just let me click to apply through LinkedIn. That’s a bullshit feature. 😂
Aunty, authentication can be handled outside.
I’m willing to take a salary cut for the LinkedIn easyapply button at this point lmao
I do the same. Sad to see so many folks with similar experiences. Workday needs to take a look.
I ask this to all of my workday friends and they start talking about the chill culture and wlb.
It’s honestly the worst UX I’ve ever used on applications. I’m starting to skip businesses using Workday because the amount of legwork for each application is way too much.
lol
