How to relocate out of Blue areas?
I am waiting for an offer. I have about 6 years PM experience. A few years of engineering experience prior to that. How much base/RSU should i expect? Edit: Was offered $90k RSU. Replies on this thread mentioned should expect min $150k. Anyone else (regardless of roles) have any inputs? Also how much raise and refreshers do you usually get yearly? TIA!
App Dev or Tools? Also which level? Since you have 5 years experience you are probably either 3 or 4 (sr PM)
App Product Manager. How are the RSU refresher and raise like?
No real numbers?
enough to do a little dance, make a little love, and get down tonight
Ive done PM work at Workday. To start, expect anywhere from 110-130 base depending on experience/area with 1500-2000 RSUs. Every year, RSU bonuses are around 20-50k payable over 4 years
got offer today. 90k rsu. base in that range. no room for negotiation.
any recent hires willing to share numbers?
trying again
My number won't matter to you (I am in engineering) but I can share that I negotiated $20k more in RSU when I joined. This is due to that I slated to lose $15k cash bonus from my previous employer if I join WDAY however.
depends on your current. workday doesn't pay that great.
Coming from P? Lol. How do you incentize people to join at this point? No acquisition in the cards, stock losing year over year, no real exit strategy or plan for the future... Just sayin 😞
lol. where did I say join P? op asked for offer expectations? I told him it depends on his current and workday doesn't pay that great. i just accepted an offer from airbnb which is 120k more than what workday was offering. workday offered me less than my current salary. it was just stupid of them to even think i would consider it.
