Why I Find Free Palestine Inspiring
Curious to hear takes on if this is a good offer, and how much room for negotiation there is. This is for a midwest medium enterprise AE role: 125k base 155k commission at target (280k total OTE) 55k RSUs/4 yr vest Feels low, and they claim it's standard freight for all AEs, so curious if there's room for negotiation here #ae #sales #Workday
With your experience level, you should be at a higher base, more like $140k-$160k. Also I would push for stock closer to $75K. Definitely get them to a $140K base
This. OP you should be in the 150K range with your level of experience.
Former AE at WDAY. That offer was standard 5 years ago. π WDAY needs to get their shit together and pay their reps better. I would definitely ask for a higher base. When I was there only 20-30% hit their number so OTE is definitely not a guarantee.
Thanks...solid feedback. Scary that only 20-30% hit their numbers. My current base is much higher at 180k, but lower variable comp and no equity.
Is this Comp gauge rebranded?
Yoe?
