Considering an offer from workday. Can someone from workday share what are some of the perks and benefits at workday? I did take a look at levels.fyi. Can someone let me know if thats up-to date or add anything thats missing. Current TC : 315k Workday TC : 377k

Is everyone getting refreshers or is it written in a contract? I am a P2 at Workday and no one mentioned refreshers to me.
Unless you’re about to be pipped you get a refresher

Workday pays competitive for faangmula employees. But low balls other candidates from smaller orgs

There's really no extra benefit other than that listed on the workday benefits website👀 one of the more important intangible benefit is that workmates are generally really nice and the pace of development in workday isn't cut throat like that in other big tech I would say. Our release cycle is literally TWICE a year so you be the judge. WLB is a big thing here. You might get bored 😑
