Working at JP Morgan Chase

I saw a security position which looks like a close fit with some additional responsibilities and technologies attached. However, I wouldn't want to be of such responsibilities forever and grow the career technically and professionally. I went and read on glassdoor that apparently (per the self-selecting reviews) that upwards advancement in the company is rather kaput. I understand that people who write reviews on Glassdoor are rather self-selecting though. Can someone provide an objective understanding of their views on JP Morgan’s tech/security team culture and promotion potential?
