Working at Microsoft = Working at Blizzard?
My childhood dream was to work at Blizzard, can it finally be possible now with half decent pay?

It’ll almost certainly be fairly independent like LinkedIn including comp. plus if you mean joining MS and then moving over, moving between teams at MS (unless you know the HM) you might as well be coming from the outside as you usually have to basically reinterview because there is no consistent hiring bar across the company.

You would get MSFT yearly stock grants and Microsoft ESPP, 401K just like us who work for subsidiary companies - GitHub, LinkedIn.
