Working at Nutanix
TC is $240k - 6 years experience. How’s it to work at Nutanix? Glassdoor reviews say there's too much work all the time. Any bonuses or RSU refreshers at the end of the year? I did not find any information about this on Glassdoor. Thanks!

Rsu refreshers yes. No bonus. Increase in salary yes. A lot depends on the manager and all of this can change

You are offered way too less. For your experience you need to get way more RSUs. You missed the boat. Joining way too late.There culture is not so great as you think. I would suggest going for a higher pay option would be better choice.
The stock had a good run up the last year. Heard that the work culture is awesome (Don't have specific info you're looking for)
