It's because you morons feel so confident paying a mortgage of 10k/mo because real estate always goes up. Housing is the key reason inflation is going up and the fed will continue having no choice but to raise rates till you have the fear of God in you and house prices decrease. Housing cannot just keep growing indefinitely compared to GDP.
