An underrated perk is the amount of days a company allows you to work remotely from a different country per year. A great way to spend, say, a week with family or in some cool location, working during the day and enjoying the evenings How many days does your company allow? Is it possible to work out something more than 10 days with your manager?
yes but on the down low... seems that HR is very pushy, i can tell you also that you have to be on US time zone if you are a high performing employee. some lazi entitled asses work on local time and before they allowed more than 10 days because some people just werent reachable and after 10 days adjusting to nine hour time zone is hard for people in india almost impossible so performance wise as Amazon is plagued with meetings, 10 days on local time is more than enough
GitHub: 30 days
Airbnb told me a month when I interviewed. Although I'm sure many people are doing it indefinitely without asking and if you don't raise suspicions it would be very easy to get away with.
eBay 90 days (with work authorization in that country)
Cisco 20 working days
Could I ask how you found this out?
Block/Square/Cash App 45 days
Visa - 4 weeks
