ASCS org is terrible. The org doesn't have budget (because there are no real projects) and the firing rate is high (15-20% forced LE). The managers are worse and there's no diversity at all (in a meeting of 50 people, 48 are Indians, 49 are male). If you've worked in a diverse organization you'll understand the pain points of this. The hiring is low, the code quality and technical bar is awful, and there are no fun events or anything.
What are some of the relatively best and worst teams from that org?
