Worth moving to a tech hub?

I am currently working at a series C startup making base 240k + bonus 40k + 110k(options…may never liquidate). I am at 7YOE working remotely in a LMCOL city where 3000 square feet new construction SFH are around 600k-700k. I was wondering for my career growth, is it worth interviewing for a big tech and move to the tech hub? Or am I already doing fine?

Better to work for a company based in a tech hub that allows full remote work, unless you'll actually enjoy living there for other reasons

Those are super hard to get and they pay by region so I doubt OP will get anything remotely close to what OP is making now.

You are doing far better than people living in tech hubs, who have to compete with all cash offers from Nvidia employees on an asbestos insulated 2bed house from the 1920s. Don’t do it.
