Worth moving to a tech hub?
I am currently working at a series C startup making base 240k + bonus 40k + 110k(options…may never liquidate). I am at 7YOE working remotely in a LMCOL city where 3000 square feet new construction SFH are around 600k-700k. I was wondering for my career growth, is it worth interviewing for a big tech and move to the tech hub? Or am I already doing fine?

Better to work for a company based in a tech hub that allows full remote work, unless you'll actually enjoy living there for other reasons
Those are super hard to get and they pay by region so I doubt OP will get anything remotely close to what OP is making now.
