Worth switch from PYPL to MS

I have got an offer from Microsoft, hike is 35% for first year and then after 2 years the current ctc and microsoft ctc will become same considering refreshers at paypal and hikes at microsoft. Life at PayPal is pretty much chilled and remote friendly. Microsoft is too remote friendly but they want me to travel to office once a week, but this will be long term mostly. Now since i have already resigned at PayPal there is no point of taking resignation back. Would microsoft brand help me in future to come back to PayPal or will it open new opportunities for me in the market? My main goal of life is to work remote in future, as i need to take care of my parents. Is this a good mpve at the current moment for me? Please advice guys. TC : 52L#tech #paypal #microsoft
