we don't have 996. There's an anti-china, anti-tiktok bias that's been here for the last couple years. Would recommend you ask to speak to future team members to get more information

Continue for negotiations with other companies. With current economy it’s worth putting in the time to get an offer.
Sorry should’ve put this in OP: My best offer right now is at a FAANG adjacent company for 190, WLB here is 40 hrs/wk. Is it still worth it to pursue?
