They misclassified the listing. It says "Distinguished" in the title and it's a very high salary for Verizon. LinkedIn is full of job listing errors, this is just another one unfortunately.

Uh yeah I can tell that is not entry from the title and the salary. Entry level is like 70k - 80k at VZ.

Definitely not entry level as others have stated. Also the recruiter and the hiring mgr lack basic communication skills. Take this as your warning before applying for this requisition.
