BAE systems job levels
I just interviewed at BAE Systems for a manager II position, and wanted to know if someone can provide more details about the levels at BAE systems in the US. #baesystems #misc TC: $130k
The position is grade 13. There is a 13A and 13B - I'm pretty sure that it's 13A but the internal system doesn't have that exact title so I don't know for certain. A is more for support/facility/logistics/etc roles, B is more engineering focused. For Zone 2 (Nashua), 13A is 120.6-204.9, 13B is 136.6-232.2. Like I said, they're wide ranges. For grade 13 it is salary only, no stock or annual bonus (that begins at grade 14). Decent chance of sign-on bonus though, good luck!

I think the manager grades are different depending on type. I believe manager II internally is either grade 13 or 14 depending on exact role, e.g. program manager, software engineering manager, technology development manager, etc. If you provide the exact job title and city I can give the salary range. The pay bands are very wide, but at least it's something.
