My cousin is expecting an offer for Cons. prod analyst IV role at Bank of America. Can someone help me help him to answers questions like - What Salary range to expect? What are the job levels, Bands BOFA? Is Analyst IV senior position? Do they offer remote? If not how many days one is required to go to office in hybrid mode?#finance #offer My TC:140K YOE: 5yrs
It's not remote. They will harass you to come to the office. Don't expect good raises and bonuses. outdated tools and very slow with technology. Alot of boomers you will see in management are the reason for outdated technology
