What’s Career progression & work like at Spotify engineering?
How long do you stay in engineering I, II, senior etc before reaching higher levels. Are their clear objectives for you to hit before reaching the next level? Can you progress in a less time frame based on your ability? What’s learning path like / how often can you complete certifications like AWS or Java on the company? What kind of things can you learn at GreenHouse? Is there interesting work to complete / does it depend on your level? How often do salary increases happen? Do you get bonuses? #careerprogression
How long/can you go faster all depends on you and your manager and how hard you/they work towards it. Interesting work again depends on what you find interesting and what part of the company you’re in. No bonus, yearly comp review period and yearly promo window (which if you get one may or may not come with equity)
