Data science at keeptruckin (motive)
I have initial recruiter call with keeptruckin for DS role. Does anyone know how the culture is? And it is very surprising they have more than 3500 people. Any insights about the company culture and it’s finances would be super helpful. TC - 150k
I like working here and the data science team is doing an amazing job on the product launches and new features. Only downside I see - pay is 🥜

Financially the company is doing well. I can’t post it here since it’s not official but you won’t have to worry about layoffs or paper money
Their Head of Data Science is some CS kid who just talks about data science workflows/etl rather than the problem in hand. I mean they raised over 500m. Can’t they hire someone who has some experience in DS
Yeah I saw that. That’s pretty wild that this is a real company…
