Does anyone at Spreetail have any details on the layoffs that were just announced? #spreetail #omaha
Based on the recent Glassdoor reviews, it looks like nothing changed since the big layoff in 2019.
I worked there from May 21 to April 22. Reached out to my old delivery manager today. Said 125 people let off including her. Some really good people.
Oh no, if this continues they would have tough time to hire new talent later when they really need it. Was it bad management or bad leadership
Yes
Doesn’t the management listen to people that they have hired to fix the company? Or is it Nepotism at its best
It was a pretty horrible mixture of ignorance and arrogance. Too young and green to know what to do. Too full of themselves to listen to the good people that were brought it to fix the problems.
Typical, never experienced the world or seen anything other than small town in NE. Pretty sure D& I is not a priority. Wonder what HR thinks of this, they must have done a really good job bringing people together just to see them let go
Huge layoff with 160+ tech roles. Can't imagine how a company continues to make similar mistakes in just a few years.
