He's asking for Base expectation. What is a good number for an E6. This is for Bay Area location. Again, current TC shouldn't matter.

Yes they are fixed for a particular level.. and RSU refresh would be ~50% of your initial grant

So looks like ~140k ish base. Very good for ~5YOE, plus there’s a chance of earning added RSU performance bonus in addition to the current TC
